Operation Pushover at LC-35

      The photo above shows the damage done to the simulated deck when the fully fueled and loaded V-2 rocket tipped over, exploded and burned during tests for Operation Pushover.  This is the view in April 2002.  The deck remains essentially as shown today.  The damage around the outer areas were not from the test, rather from subsequent activity.
