     One of many developmental vehicles tested by the Air Force at White Sands for the purpose of attacking ground targets. The missile would be launched from aircraft at a safe distance so the crew would not be in danger from ground anti-aircraft fire. The name is an acronym for "Surface Attack Guided Missile."
