Believe this is also 3 Feb 55. The sign outside tent says:

RANGE CAMP

With the side flaps tied down, a tent is very dark and stuffy. Hotter than hell in the summer, colder than hell in the winter. The tent flaps do not stop the dust which is blown nearly 24 hours a day. And snow seeps in, covering the floor, desks, everything. Unknown for whom flag at half mast.
