Red Canyon Range Camp

      Photo dated 9 Nov 56. Caption reads: " This building is constructed of surplus corrugated metal. 51 ft wide, 72 ft. long. 1100 men are fed each meal in this mess hall from one serving line in the front of the kitchen, which is also in this building. It leaks when snow is on the roof."

I believe someone got the number fed per meal a little high. Probably more like 500 max per meal.
